Bro. Richard James, II

Brother Richard James, II was born June 15, 1998 to his parents, Pastor Richard James, Sr. and First Lady Cassandra James.

 

His grandparents are Mrs. Verlena Jackson and the Late Mr. Moses Jackson; The Late Mr. Ben and the Late Mrs. Deloris James.

 

His sisters are: Cedetrica McBride; Aleah and Rachael James. Brother James has a host of uncles, aunts and cousins.

 

Brother Richard is a product of the Public School System of Sumter, South Carolina. He’s a graduate of Lakewood High School in 2016. Throughout his public school years, he was a member of Mu Alpha Theta (Math Club); a Teacher Cadet; National Technical Honors Society; Student Body President; Future Business Leaders of America; Choir President and Student Accompanist. Brother Richard received many awards and accolades throughout his high school years!

 

His most memorable moment: when the choir traveled to New York City to perform at Carnegie Hall as a National Youth Honors Choir.  His performance was a duet spot in a world renowned song, “Let Everything That Has Breath” by Jeffrey Ames. What an amazing and unforgettable opportunity! Brother James also participated in the South Carolina All State Choir as well as the Honors’ Choir!

 

Brother James is presently a rising junior matriculating at the illustrious Claflin University in Orangeburg, South Carolina. He’s a Music Major with a concentration in Voice. He recently went on tour with the University’s Choir to Alabama, Chicago and Detroit.

 

Brother Richard James, II was licensed as a Ministry on May 27, 2017. CONGRATULATIONS!
